USFF is the Global discount leader in selling, marketing and distributing foodservice and industrial shipping products such aluminum foil, plastic wrap, stretch wrap, pallet wrap and meat & food films to restaurants, hotels, healthcare, trucking, cruise lines, hair salons, auto mechanics, the US government, retail establishments, schools, colleges, cooking schools & traditional universities, lodging establishments and other customers. With 7 warehouses totaling 2,800,000 manufacturing square feet, 820,000 customers, 2,094 sales representatives and close to 400 employees - we now have surpassed 26 years in business & are able to attain the status of being "The Largest Discounter in the World for Pallet Wrap products." Our family of products includes 3,247 different types of US-made pallet wraps & over 4000 US-made Food Service Items which includes heavy duty aluminum baking trays, serving trays and food containers. We pride ourselves on giving and keeping the very lowest prices in the industry without compromising quality. Since we manufacture all of our products in the US - We DO NOT wish to sell China-made products.. However- Federal regulations require us to stock items manufactured in other countries such as China and in turn, if you insist on purchasing them, we will levy or impose a 35% tariff (tax) as a way to discourage you from purchasing any products from China that results in job-losses for our US employees.
CHANGES IN THE MARKETPLACE: USF has manufacturing/distributing plants in 3 countries - The US, Canada and Europe. Due to changing customer behavior over the past few years- We have been forced to adapt to a changing environment on how we conduct business for our customers, vendors, franchisees & to a newer extent on-line sales ( which is quickly becoming the way our customers wish to do transactions ) We are now being forced into a "Technology-Driven, ease-of-use B2B website. Fewer & fewer of our customers, year over year want less communication with our 94 sales representatives & choose to conduct the majority of their business on-line. This presents MAJOR challenges to a company of our size - However, we are listening & working on viable solutions to satisfy everyone. Also due in part that the business of pallet wrap has become highly competitive - We have had to merge with and/or buy out smaller competitors in order for US... to continue giving YOU, our customers, high quality products at low prices. QUALITY OF PRODUCTS: We will never knowingly disappoint you with your purchase. We will only sell highly-rated products. Consumer demand sometimes warrants that we sell products such as "down-gauged pre-stretch film or "core-less" film ( pallet wrap without the cardboard core center ) for a much lesser cost/price to you - so you may take advantage of new technologies and lower prices - We will notate this on the invoice. We only sell durable resins that meet or exceed ASTM-D or OSHA standards for durability testing. We will test at our warehouses any pallet wrap you feel is NOT what you had purchased from other suppliers.

NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS MAKING PAYMENT BY CHECK/ PAYMENT TERMS:
If you send us a check, It will be converted into an electronic funds transfer (EFT). This means we will copy your check and use the account information on it to electronically debit your account for the amount of the check. The debit from your account will usually occur within 24 hours, and will be shown on your regular account statement. You will not receive your original check back. We will destroy your original check, but we will keep the copy of it on file. If the EFT cannot be processed for technical reasons, you authorize us to process the copy in place of your original check. If the EFT cannot be completed because of insufficient funds, we may try to make the transfer up to 2x and we will charge you a one-time fee of $100, which will also collected by EFT. In order to keep our costs well-below industry standards and in turn, to offer you the lowest prices, we have had to adjust & adapt to a changing economic environment. Since early 2008, we will no longer offer credit & terms, such as Net 10-30 without first processing an order from you by means of ACH transfer funds, check, credit card or direct deposit. In addition- we no longer will accept wire transfers ( this saves YOU, the consumer money, as well as US, the manufacture/distributor.) 47% of our orders are now placed on-line, through email transmissions or text communications.
Do not sign for shipments until you have thoroughly inspected for damage. Visible damage to cartons must be noted on the freight bill. we cannot be responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged. do not dispose of the boxes or packaging material until items have been fully inspected for damages or defects. Reports for visable damage or concealed damage must be made within 24 hours of freight bill receipt.
Order Cancellation Policy Before Shipment
All orders are automatically processed on our site merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we may be unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you may cancel your order by calling us at (561) 686-0000, as soon as possible. Requests to cancel must be made on the same day the order is placed, until the closing time (4:00 pm EST) of the same day. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies.
TERMS: USF does not sell to the General Public, All sales must be for re-sale/use.
FREIGHT: F.O.B. Atlanta, San Diego, Toronto, Tampa, Europe. All deliveries will be processed without a lift-gate Fee ( unless you specify to us that one is needed) additional freight charges to residential addresses will be billed & charged to the buyer
RETURNS: Absolutely no returns will be accepted without the written consent of our office. Special order or imprinted pallet wrap may not be returned for exchange or credit.
ACCEPTANCE: Receipt of Dealer price list does NOT constitute an offer to sell
ERRORS & OMISSIONS: We are not responsible for printing errors. Sizes indicated may be nominal. USFF does its best to make sure the information is accurate. If you detect an error- Please contact us so we may correct it.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING TIMES (DST): Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to ship. Shipping/Handling charges will be calculated ( if any ) and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. If you have an order that is over 10 pallets- and you wish to notify us of an upcoming purchase - we will extend the industry standard of what is termed "Make & Wait". We will pull your order aside in receiving ( make it ) and wait until billing has been taken care of in our accounts payable department before your order is shipped out for delivery.
RETURN/RESTOCK POLICY .02* SPECIAL ORDERS: Absolutely No returns will be accepted without the written consent of our office. Special order or imprinted pallet wrap may not be returned for exchange or credit. When ordering imprinted pallet wrap, you will be required to sign off and approve the proof by at least 2 officers or managers in your company.
ADD-ONS/BACKORDERS: We are unable to accept additions to an existing order. Add-ons will be considered as new orders. We reserve the right to cancel backorders.
MINIMUM ORDER: 4 case minimum. Our average order is 4 - 21 Pallets. However, we will ship out a minimum of 2 cases at which time shipping will be added to the total based on the Total fees & weight, tax-exempt status, sales tax in your state, ship to/from zip code, the size of the boxes and which warehouse we ship from.
